Your trip. Your choices.
This beta helps you explore and save ideas. It does not make bookings or payments. Confirm dates, prices, access and travel arrangements with Eddie and the provider.
Your saved trip choices live in this browser. No sign-in is required. Do not enter sensitive information.
What is saved & how to clear it
This app saves appearance, trip choices, notes, manually added gig entries and calendar website links in this browser’s local storage. There is no server profile or automatic device sync. This storage is not encrypted by the app, and someone using the same browser profile may see it.
Use “Clear saved settings” in the trip’s optional settings tools to remove this app’s stored planner data, handle and view choices. A downloaded file is a separate copy: delete it yourself if you no longer want it. Settings exports exclude notes, gigs and calendar links. Map exports contain only the date, region and saved map ideas. Clearing this app does not clear a provider’s logs or a copy you sent elsewhere.
Open pages check this site for new releases. An update waits while you edit or have unsaved work. Saved choices stay in this browser and refresh across its open GOEV tabs. This does not sync choices with other devices or send them to Eddie.
Name, photos, drafts & music
Your optional preferred form of address stays only in this open page’s memory. It is not saved or transmitted by this app. Older saved data is not automatically erased; Clear saved settings removes prior planner settings if you choose.
Chosen diary photos, captions and page drafts stay in page memory and are not uploaded. Closing or refreshing loses them; save originals or export before leaving. A draft editor is not a connected publishing account.
Favorites save only public music IDs in this browser. Use the music stars to remove entries; an exported listening list is a separate file. Choosing Play loads Spotify’s official embedded player, which handles its own request/account/playback data. It may require sign-in or provide previews. This app exports listening links, not recording files. Official download rights and sales belong to the artist/provider.
Installation is optional and controlled by the browser. A service worker caches public scripts, styles and catalog data, and public guide pages after you visit them. It does not cache your chosen diary photos, external map tiles, imported calendars or entered records. Pages not visited before may still need a connection. Maps and official music players need internet; this app does not claim all GO3D services are offline. Update checks request a small public version file while the page is open. Automatic refresh waits during photo/draft work and an open listening session.
The Trip guide is a local page and place finder. Ask GO3D opens the core GO3D tool/next-step finder without passing your search, preferred address, photos, calendar or draft data. Neither is a connected AI generation service. Typed search text stays on this page. Optional speech uses the browser’s speech service, which may send audio to its own provider after microphone permission. The transcript stays in page memory. A spoken list creates a reviewed draft; it does not create or edit a Spotify or YouTube playlist account.
Calendar files & links
Imported .ics files are read in browser memory to compare busy times. The app does not upload the files or save imported event titles. Busy-time results disappear when the page closes. Reimport after changes. Recurrence and time-zone limits may leave gaps; check your original calendars before confirming a gig.
Calendar website links open the provider. They do not connect an account or create automatic sync. Adding an .ics event or using Google Calendar is an action you choose.
Maps, videos & other services
The GO3D website’s hosting provider receives ordinary website request data and may retain service logs. The public GOEV module does not upload your chosen photos, preferred address, imported calendar files or draft text. Other GO3D account and rental services have their own data handling. Map views request tiles from OpenStreetMap or Esri. Source photos are served from this site and credited to their sources. Choosing a video loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player. External hotel, venue, map, calendar, music and travel links open those providers, which handle data under their own policies.
This module adds no advertising tracker, guest enrichment service or payment processor. It can prepare an email draft that you choose to open, review and send. Hosting and third-party requests still disclose ordinary technical information such as an IP address. The planner does not claim anonymity, guaranteed security or control over third-party retention.
Bookings, access & beta limits
Suggested stops, venue leads and dates are ideas, not confirmed bookings. Maps and dated public research may be incomplete. They are not surveyed 3D models or navigation/safety instructions. Weather, transport, provider cancellations and access changes can affect plans.
Eddie’s vehicle commitment and any paid stay must be documented in the actual trip arrangement. Hotel guest names, payment authorization, deposits, points eligibility, changes and cancellation rules require direct confirmation. Any host arrangement is discussed privately. Extensions depend on the property’s availability and confirmed booking terms.
The planner is offered for planning and discussion. It gives no professional, legal, tax or engineering advice. These factual beta notes are not a signed rental agreement, liability release or ownership transfer and do not guarantee legal protection. Any final agreement must state the parties’ responsibilities, costs and provider terms. Nothing here removes rights that apply by law.
Venue scores & your local CRM
Venue listings are researched leads, not invitations, open dates or confirmed gigs. Scores are editable planning judgments based on linked programming, contact routes and your chosen travel area. They are not booking probabilities or fan profiles. CRM notes and follow-up settings are kept in this browser when storage is available. Exports include the notes you choose to save. Use Clear CRM notes, or Clear saved settings, to remove this module’s stored copy.
Research pins can be approximate area markers. The bike trail PDF is an external reference, not a verified navigable geometry layer. Fishing access requires checking the linked provider and current rules. Hardware controllers and VR are not certified by this beta.
Your entries, creative work & respectful use
You keep rights in what you enter. Use material you have permission to use. The app does not grant ownership of third-party music, photos, brands or calendar data. Do not use it to impersonate others, intrude on privacy, attempt unauthorized access or send unwanted bulk outreach.
No availability or response time is guaranteed during beta. Report mistakes or request help directly from Eddie. Do not email sensitive calendar files or financial details.
