Free beta · No scanner needed. A browser workspace for projects, tasks, crew responsibilities, customers, quotes and equipment handovers.
Workspaces & profiles offers six starting layouts: solo business, sales and customer help, projects and crew, equipment and handovers, paperwork, and one task at a time. Keep a short name, choose example or own records, pick a skin and open your dashboard. No personal history or diagnosis is required.
Each profile remembers its layout, key numbers, dashboard sections, completion goal, optional crew filter and skin in this browser. Backgrounds and comfort choices apply across this browser. These are screen preferences, not secure accounts or separate stores of business data. Anyone with this browser profile may see the records. There are no team invitations or automatic sync.
Dashboard numbers come from the selected records. Open tasks include To do, Doing and Needs help. Due today and overdue use the date on your device and exclude completed tasks. Project counts include all projects in the selected source. Quote drafts are not issued invoices or cash received. Open a number to see its calculation. The completion goal applies to this work list, not a daily productivity score.
The task board uses four stages. Choose Move to and press Move, or drag a card with a pointer. Add a short note before moving work into Needs help. Completing a task updates the dashboard; it does not automatically close the project. Filters make a smaller queue. Clear filters to see every stage again. The customer board changes current contact stages without sending messages, reserving stock or approving quotes.
The populated example has separate task, customer and handover records. My records uses the existing browser workspace, which may still contain starter examples. Review records before relying on them for your business.
Use a follow-up, handover, help request or ready-for-review draft. Add the facts and any agreed date. Copy to your device clipboard or download a text file. Nothing is emailed or sent to a customer by this feature; check the recipient, facts and permission to share before using it elsewhere.
My look & comfort adds Dragonfire Manifesto chartreuse and Dragonfire Red alongside the existing dark, light, ocean, garden and high-contrast choices. Constellation, embers and a Manifesto grid are optional backgrounds. A chosen photo stays in the browser picker workflow; adding a photo replaces the built-in backdrop. Quiet mode hides encouragement buttons.
The GO3D layout and wording are original. Familiar workflow ideas were checked against official Salesforce stage-board guidance, Zoho personal home pages and HubSpot task queues on 5 November 2026. This app is independent of those products and does not connect to their accounts.
Choose a role or open the populated dealer network. Eight assets, eight fictional stops and six example crew roles show a business from planning to handover and return. Use Basic tour for five short steps.
Real QR codes open sample records. RFID gate reads and movement are simulated. A check-in is the last recorded handover, not continuous location tracking. A phone alone is not a UHF RFID reader. Print all example labels and test them before real use.
My look & comfort includes seven skins, larger text, less motion, a quieter screen and your own background photo. The photo is resized in the browser and saved with your appearance settings; this picker does not upload it. Little encouragement buttons open original GO3D notes. You can add a private note or hide the buttons.
The dealer example and appearance use separate browser records. Resetting one leaves the other and your own business workspace unchanged. Download important records before clearing browser storage.
Explore planning, checking, writing, customer help, mentoring or hands-on tasks. You choose your own role, pace and support without sharing a diagnosis or family information. A private downloadable role card helps explain what you offer. These are learning examples, not job offers or income promises.
Free tools & roles explains practical email, documents, file storage and learning options. Software can reduce subscriptions; devices, connectivity, hosting, business costs and specialist equipment can still cost money. GO3D does not provision a mailbox, storage server or free hardware in this app.
GO3D versions of the rental worksheets and recovery guide. These are samples and blank registers; check your own policies before use.

Settings → Export all records saves a JSON backup. Keep that file somewhere you control. The export contains your local workspace, including projects and crew. This release does not restore arbitrary backup files; keep the export as a readable independent record. Clearing site storage removes the app's saved changes. Different devices and browser profiles have different records.
This app uses browser storage for workspace records. It has no live team sync, secure user accounts, payroll, external CRM sync, email sender or payment provider. Demo roles show responsibilities only. Optional QR camera lookup requests camera permission and does not upload frames. Do not enter secrets or confidential personal records on a shared device. Hosting receives normal web requests. The optional street map uses OpenStreetMap tiles only after you choose Show street map; that provider receives normal web request information. The simple map works without that service. No device location is requested.
Use this beta for planning. Check important figures and decisions. It is not professional accounting, tax, engineering, legal or safety advice. No uptime or support guarantee is offered. Terms and privacy depend on the actual service and applicable law; this guide does not guarantee legal protection.

Open Skins & comfort for ten choices. Five industrial looks lead with the original Titan, Obsidian Forge, Iron Citadel, Arctic Titan and Carbon Reactor. Manifesto, Lunar Station and Ocean Workshop offer calmer scenes. GO3D Light and High contrast keep the screen simple.
Preview opens an interface example without changing your saved look or records. Use skin applies it and saves that choice with your active profile on this browser. Other profiles keep their own skins. Your background picture and comfort settings are shared across this browser and stay as you set them. The gallery has plain, grid and artwork background choices, your own photo, less motion and quieter screens.
All scenes are fictional concept art. The new scenes are labeled AI-made; the original Dragonfire wallpaper is retained unchanged. They are not real businesses, connected equipment or hardware benchmarks. The Titan name is a GO3D appearance choice, not a claim of MSI sponsorship. The Manifesto colors come from the original Manifesto.
